Meal Services

C.Y.O. Camp Brébeuf is dedicated to serving well balanced, nutritious meals. We follow Canada’s Food Guide offering whole grain breads, cereal, wraps, pita pockets and pastas. Lean cuts of meat and plenty of fruits and vegetables are a part of our daily menu.

We are experienced in special diets including vegetarian, celiac, diabetic, and lactose intolerant. Please let us know in advance if anyone in your group has these needs so that we can prepare alternatives  ahead of time. If we are well informed, then we will work closely with individuals to provide alternatives where necessary.

Below you can find a sample of our menu that would be served during an Outdoor Education trip or Weekend Retreat.

Day One:

Dinner:
Ravioli, Garlic Bread Caesar Salad & Fudgesicles for dessert.

Day Two:

Breakfast:
Pancakes, Breakfast Sausages, Hot & Cold Cereals, &  Fruit.

Lunch:
Chicken wraps, Garden Salad, Pasta Salad & Fruit.

Snack:
Cheese & Crackers

Dinner:
Ham, Scalloped or Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables, Garden Salad & Ice Cream Sandwiches for dessert.

Evening Snack:
Freshly made popcorn.

Day Three: 

Breakfast:
Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Hot & Cold Cereal, & Fruit.

Lunch:
Soft Shelled Tacos, Tortilla Chips, Vegetables, Fruit & Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert.
