The Catholic Youth Organization of the Diocese of Hamilton was incorporated on June 11, 1958. The agency is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of twelve members, with two serving as Officers of the Board: President and Vice-President. The Executive Director of the agency serves as Secretary to the Board.
