Outdoor Education – Camp Brébeuf

FrogOutdoor Education programming offers students a wilderness-based curriculum “beyond the classroom” and your typical learning experiences. The aim of these outdoor adventures and activities is to help student to reconnect to the natural world around them and expand their understanding of conservation and the environment.

Our outdoor education philosophy is routed in the ideologies of respect, discovery, and experience. More specifically, we encourage every student to:

  • Continually create an environment of positive peer support.
  • To develop an attitude of care and respect for our natural environment and for other’s talents and abilities.
  • To constantly work towards developing one’s own potential and ability.

Outdoor Facilities – Camp Brébeuf

Our Outdoor Education facilities are located in a wilderness setting and offer distinct activities that utilize our location’s unique natural resources, while helping students engage in all aspects of the school board’s curriculum and beyond.

Since 1987 C.Y.O.’s Camp Brébeuf has been running an extremely popular and successful Outdoor Education program combining adventure and curriculum based programming.
