Annual General Meeting
The Catholic Youth Organization (C.Y.O.) is a registered not-for-profit service agency and is the largest Catholic Youth Organization in the country. The C.Y.O. has been operating in Hamilton since the 1930s and was incorporated in 1958. That same year, the C.Y.O. was also admitted as a member agency of the United Way.
Each year, through our community programs and services that include; camping, outdoor education, athletics, leadership training, parish youth ministry and respite care, we serve over 40,000 children, teens and families, from 71% of the communities within the Diocese of Hamilton.
Each September, the C.Y.O. holds its Annual General Meeting to provide Community Leaders, Supporters, Partnering Agencies and our Associate Members an update on the agency’s finances, elected directors, along with the agency’s social activities from the fiscal year.
