Our annual Children’s Fundraiser is the C.Y.O.’s largest and most important fundraising event of the year.
Here are this year’s sponsor packages for the 2025 C.Y.O. Children’s Fundraiser.
As one of three Dinner Sponsors your gift will cover the cost of one course of our meal.
In appreciation, our ‘Platinum Dinner Sponsors’ will receive:
- 10 complimentary dinner tickets ($1,250 value)
- A full-page ad in our dinner programme ($400 value)
- Your name/company will be featured on:
o The Commemorative Dinner Programme - outside back cover
o The Dinner Sponsor-A-Camper - thank you slide show
o All Dinner Table number signs
- Your name/company logo will be featured on our C.Y.O. website
- 100% of your gift is tax deductible
Plus - your donation will cover the cost of sending up to five (5) children in need to their choice of day camp at Camp Marydale, or Camp Brébeuf during summer 2025.
Our beloved Honourary Camper and their family’s message of appreciation is the highlight of our Children’s Fundraiser. They represent all of the children in our community who have benefitted from our ‘One-to-One’ respite care camp program.
In appreciation our ‘Honourary Camper’ sponsor will receive:
- 10 complimentary dinner tickets ($1,250 value)
- A full-page ad in our dinner programme ($400 value)
- 100% of your gift is tax deductible
- Your name/company will be featured on:
o The dinner programme outside back cover
o The Honourary Camper Showcase programme profile page
o The Sponsor-A-Camper Slide show
o Table Number signs located on each dinner table
Your gift will also give our Honourary Camper and their entire family a complimentary dinner to enjoy ($1,250 value), along with a letter from the C.Y.O. Executive Director acknowledging your gift.
PLUS: Your donation will cover the cost of sending 5 children with special needs to their choice of Camp Marydale or Camp Brébeuf during summer 2025.
Wine is always a part of any great dinner and celebration. As our exclusive Wine Sponsor each table will have personalized a red and white ready to enjoy by our guests.
As our ‘Wine Sponsor’ your donation will send seven (5) children
with special needs to camp this summer, PLUS:
· You will receive a table of 10 complimentary tickets ($1,250 value)
· A custom wine label featuring your name or company logo will
be on each bottle of wine on every table (160 bottles -$1,500 value)
· A full-page ad, at no-cost in our dinner program ($400.00 value)
· Your name and/or company logo will also be featured on the following evening promotions:
· Sponsor Slide Show shown during reception & dinner
· Dinner program outside back cover
· 70 plus table number signs
The Bishop’s table is located at the front and will include several special guests and dignitaries.
As our ‘Bishop’s Table Sponsor’ your donation will send four (4) children with special needs to camp this, PLUS:
· Your donation will cover the cost of the Bishop’s Table ($1,250 value)
· A table card will acknowledge your company’s sponsorship
· You will receive a full page ad in our dinner program ($400.00 value)
· A personalized letter from the C.Y.O.’s Executive Director will be sent to Bishop Crosby acknowledging you as the official sponsor
· Your name and/or company logo will be featured on the following promotions the night of the dinner ($500 value):
o Sponsor Slide Show shown during reception & dinner
o Dinner program outside back cover
o 70 plus table number signs
All of our guests in attendance that evening will receive a separate appeal to ‘Sponsor-A-Camper’.
In appreciation, our ‘Sunshine Sponsor’ will receive:
- A full-page ad in our dinner program ($400 value)
- Your company name/logo will be printed on each of Sponsor-A-Camper cards ($1,000 value).
- 100% of your gift is tax deductible- Your name/company logo will also be featured on the following:
o The dinner program outside back cover
o The sponsor Thank You slide show
o Each of the dinner tables / number signs
o Your name/company logo will be featured on the C.Y.O. website
Your donation will also cover the cost of sending up to five (5) children in need to their choice of Camp Marydale, or Camp Brébeuf day camp during summer 2025.
As a ‘Smile Sponsor’, your gift of support will go towards providing families who do not have the financial means of sending their child to camp access to special subsidy funds.
Your donation of $1,000 will offer two (4) children in need their choice of attending Camp Marydale, or Camp Brébeuf day camps during summer 2025, PLUS:
In appreciation, our ‘Smile Sponsor’ will receive:
- 2 complimentary dinner tickets ($260 value)
- Free Quarter Page ad (2” h x 5” w) in our dinner programme ($200 value)
- 100% of your gift is tax deductible
- Your name/company logo will be featured on our sponsor ‘Thank You’ slide show
Your donation will help offset the $670.00 cost of sending one child with special needs to their choice of Camp Marydale or Camp Brébeuf for one week.
In appreciation of your support, you will receive:

Many of the families we serve, do not have the financial capabilities to send their child(ren) to our camps.
You can help these families by sponsoring a child during summer 2025.
